h1gcquestion Posted December 10, 2011 Report Share Posted December 10, 2011 Hi Guys, I had recently been to Ottawa for my Visa Stamping. I work on a EVC model and got 221g which was later suspended.. My case is pending with USCIS. My prime vendor agreed to file for a new H1-B and i will be converting to EC model. I am still in Canada with a visitor Visa 1. Once my new H1-B is approved can i attend the Visa stamping in Canada or should i go back to india ?? Please help me in understanding the situation. Thanks Link to comment
