Hi,

Me and my wife are on H1.I came to India for 3 weeks and instaed of going for H1 visa based on the issues going on now I went for H4 Visa in new Delhi.office gave me 221g and send me a letter after 4 weeks stating my H1 is cancelled.Meanwhile, my wife applied in US for extension and the status for her H1 case says", we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

.What she needs to do now.Petetioner didnt get any letter from USCIS.Please post your opinion.
