Eb2-Eb2 porting with concurrent filling

I have approve I-140 with April 2008 priority date in EB2. I have filled I-140 with new employer also in EB2 (not approved but have receipt) Can I do a concurrent filling of 485 now?

or should I get my I-140 approved through premium processing to get the date ported and then file 485.

As long as you have proof of the earlier PD and the new I-140 filed, you may file I-485.
