EC Stamping Probability

Hi Guys

My wife is planning to attend H1 stamping in India in March 2012. She came to US on H4 in 2010, got a H1 in October 2010 by an american vendor and she is working with the same client and vendor since 1 1/2 year.

Her employer ( vendor) maintains employee relationship in a good way. Every week she has to send weekly reports to him along with time sheet. She has to cleanly mention what all tasks she worked this week and how many hours etc.

There is no bench period at all...all her pay checks has been consistent for same amount irrespective of the hours she worked on. She will also get all the client letters, emails, work place photos from the client. She has all W2s etc too.

I am just wondering about her stamping probability. Do you anticipate any issues that she has to be prepared for.

i went to h1b stamping yesterday at hyd consulate,

i saw few people working in evc models getting visa stamped with out any probs. in this forum many people reported that they got 221g in india.

getting visa stamped in india depends on ur luck and also confidence. thats all i can say
