rajesh53
Hi, I applied for H-1B extension and it got approved for 3 years. I asked my emploer to send the H-1B original and he said we did not get it. It has been 4 months but still my employer did not the original H-1B petition. He filed an I824 to get the duplicate copy. Is there any problem with my petition or is I824 the correct form to submit to USCIS to get the duplicate copy. Link to comment
spenumatsa
I-824 is the application for requesting a duplicate approval notice. Regarding the extension for 3 years, i am not sure how you know that. Did you receive the duplicate Notice of action? Or did you get that information from the USCIS web site. Link to comment
