Need Help in F1 - H1B Stamping

@nagkarjun: Since you are on E-C model and assuming you are working in a field related to your study, you should have no issues 90% of the time. However, there might be some delay if they want to do some additional processing after your interview on 221g. But, as far as I know, most E-C cases are approved. It's better to travel to India for stamping rather than being stuck in a different country, just in case.

Hi Nagkarjun,

I am almost in the same boat..my H1 B started on Oct 2011 and valid till Oct 2014, and am working on related field(MS in CS)

I have been working since Oct 2011 only, am planning to go in the month of Jan 2012 with the 3 paystubs.

Am also working on E-C Model and this is my first time going for stamping. which place did you choose to go for visa:

Canada,

Hyderabad ?

I knew Mexico is not for us(first time visa stamping).

Thanks,
