VFS email response

I sent an email to VFShelpdesk. I did neither get an auto response nor a response from their staff for the past several days.

I called VFS; they told me that I should send email and get an auto response; otherwise, the email was not recd by them. What would be the issue? Anyone else in the same boat?

Maybe your mail server didn't send it out.

Send it again, with a cc or bcc to a webmail account that you created beforehand. If it is received in the webmail account, you can at least be sure it was sent by the mail server.
