tusharvk Posted December 9, 2011 Report Share Posted December 9, 2011 I sent an email to VFShelpdesk. I did neither get an auto response nor a response from their staff for the past several days. I called VFS; they told me that I should send email and get an auto response; otherwise, the email was not recd by them. What would be the issue? Anyone else in the same boat? Link to comment
JoeF Posted December 9, 2011 Report Share Posted December 9, 2011 Maybe your mail server didn't send it out. Send it again, with a cc or bcc to a webmail account that you created beforehand. If it is received in the webmail account, you can at least be sure it was sent by the mail server. Link to comment
