We are getting Married and Coming back to USA by 04 Mar 2012. She already has got a Job and filing for H1B transfer in Feb 2012 and we decided to not to get stamped in this Trip. She will have a Valid I -797 Document from the New company Starting from 06 March 2012 to Sep 2013 Will there be any complications @ Port of Entry (At The time of Port of Entry she still has the Valid H1B Visa Stamp On the Passport )??
