EB3 to EB2 Porting with same (current) employer ?

Hi,

My Employer filed GC in EB3 category in 2008. I was having till date 9+ years of experience with Master degree (MTech). I am planning to move from EB3 to EB2.

For this process do we have any constraints on salary ?

If so what is the minimum and maximum wage limits for EB2 ?

Let us say if I have salary of X at the time of EB3 filing, can "X + 10% of X " can be eligible for EB2 ?
