Will be GC processing effect

Hi,

My priority date is March 2010 in EB2 Category. I came here on F-1 and after that i did not go to India to get my H-1B stamped. My Fiancee has valid H-1 B Visa stamped until 2014. We are planning to get married in March 2011. For suppose If my Visa get rejected in India and I convert to H4 and come back to US and convert back to H-1, Will it effect my GC processing? Do i need to apply from starting?

For green card processing, you need to be in status from your [last] entry until you firl I-485. It really does not matter in which status.
