My chances of getting VISA, returning to USA

I have simple of moderate query:

I lived in USA for almost 6 years and returned to India in 2009. Now, I (new employer) have applied for new h1b and got it approved this week. My employer has a open PO with one of the biggest IT SW/HW in the USA.

Now, I am about to go for stamping, and would like to know anybody who has been through this kind of scenario. By the way, my previous employer filed for my 140 but cancelled after I returned to India. Will that be a problem when I go for VISA.

Please share your experience.
