Hi Everyone,

I want to share my experience.

My visa interview was on Oct 28th morning @ chennai.

initially they checked all my documents and asked for full I 797A notice of action, where as my employer gave only the bottom portion.

I told him that under the second para its mentioned that top portion should be with emploer and bottom portion with employee, so my employer not given the full one.

He gave all the photocopies.

as per his face experissions, I decided that I won't get visa... or query. Any way while going itself I prepared mentally.

after 45 min it was my turn. I went to my counter and that lady interviewing some one. he is on EVVC model, hearing that she asked employer-employee relation questions like how you report, how he will assign the work, status checks bla bla and he got 221g green.

I fully decided and relaxed that I won't get visa...

Q3) give me letter to USCIS, LCA and paystubs : given

Q4) who is your client : xx

Q5) any vendor : no

she said good and that's all. I got my visa.

As per my experience and what I have seen on that day

if any one going on EVC or EVVC changes of getting 221g is maximum unless you are able to provide good answer reg employer - employee relationship.

be cool, answer confidently, shortly in a way that you are not dependent on visa.

Please make sure you submit your DS160 at least 3 weeks before your interview date.
