Visa Expiring in April 2012

I had to go IND last year in April 2011, had to get my stamping on May 10th 2011 and got it finally approved on July18th 2011.

Unfortunately my visa expires on April 5th 2012, and have to go IND again in last week of march due to unavoidable circumstance.

Now my question is it better to get the stamping done in Mexico or Canada or INDIA ?

If in Canada, where in Canada ?

If in India, i already have a bad experince in Hyderabad, so how about Delhi ?

Please give me any suggestion
