visa appointment

Hi all,

My husband and me are planning to visit India in mid-january. I will be getting my H1B re-stamped but my husband will be getting his H1B stamped for the first time. He has been on H1B since October 2009 but never got it stamped as it was a start-up company and he did not wish to take a risk going to India. He got his visa transferred to University in August and is going to travel in January for stamping.

My Questions---

In the question "Are you applying for the same visa class which is currently valid or has expired in the last 12 months" will my answer be YES and his should be NO?

Will this put both of us in different categories?

Can both of us still be able to schedule our interviews together or do we have to have different times?

How will we be able to schedule our date and time together?
