hi2475 Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi Guys, I'm in 5th (H1 expires Sep 2013) year of H1working as a Fulltime Employee with No.1 Satellite cable provider (US Company over 16000+ employees). I'm planning to visit India in couple of months, my question is will it be a problem to go for stamping these days? my biggest concern is my Employer has just started the process for GC (Still in initial phase, no Labor/140 approved) will that be a problem?
