ruben1 Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi, I am currently working in an organisation "A" with L1-A visa. This is my 6th Year in US with the L1-A visa. I was placed as a sub-contract to do some work with client "B " . Now "B" is willing to offer me a job. Can "B" do green card for me and take me as their employee? or Should they file H1B and then file green card? I am looking for your guidance. Please help. Link to comment
