shaa Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi Is H4 Visa holder allowed to accept merit based tuition waiver for which we didn’t even ask. The letter from the University says ‘the scholarship is an honor in recognition of your past educational achievements and University’s recognition of your potential at the University. The amount will be directly applied towards your tuition.’ The tuition bill shows the total tuition fees reduced by the scholarship amount. We don’t see any check. Is that allowed for H4?
