i am in the same boat.

according to my company's lawyer, the FedEx package was received on November 22nd, and no receipt yet. Even if I do not consider remaining days in the Thanksgiving week, there were at least 6 business days until today and no receipt yet????

I am scheduled to start next week, and my attorney says it is OK to start on basis of FedEx confirmation, but I am really concerned.

Please update you status as soon you as you get receipt/approval.

It's look like our application in lottery drow ??? Any one have any idea ???? My lawyer told me USCIS has not cashed the applecation checks yet !!! So how we will get our recept number ?? Any one have any idea ?? Thanks in advance

USCIS generally stamps the receipt number on the back of the cancelled check used to pay for Premium Processing.

So what I need to do ??? Now how manny days I need to wait ?? Then it's not make saense to pay more $1225 for premium process !! So why USCIS explain in webside ?? Grented 15 day in premium process ??? Any one have any idea ?? Please !!!! Thanks in advance !!!!

I checked with HR this morning and asked for update. few minutes back i got a response that the petition was approved yesterday!!!!

this is unbelievable how HR/immigration lawyers downplays communication on things which are so important to employees.

only when i told HR, i will not join before receiving at least acknowledgment notice, she bothered to call the attorney to check status.

guys, hang in there and push HR to follow up. we all know that 99% of cases are approved but it is our status and career at stake and we must take a firm stand on it.

Finally got the receipt number, there was some document missing when it was filed, and they had to resend. (employer did not share this info till now )

I have applied for LCA & Amendment. Got my LCA approved on 29-Nov and my HR told that Amendment is in progress. Please let me know the duration for approval. i am applying 2nd time for h1b ..first time was denied my application ..then my lawyer told me to we can fix our application & then we can apply fonew application ... we did in premium process ..still no receipt & no updets ...thanks in advance .... thanks alot !!!!!!!!!! jsk
