Is work model an official term for H1B visa stamping? i will appreciate if anyone can provide a link that explains that.....

The main issue is employer-employee relationship. In pretty much all cases, that is impossible to show in an EVC model, because the end client doesn't know anything about the employer.

if the supervising employer knows what the employee is doing and the LCA clearly mentions the work location, then the relationship may be easier to prove.

They also often ask about who provides the equipment. If the person works on an employer-provided laptop, for example, that's better than a computer provided by the end client.
