Difference Between 221G,PIMS Verification and administrative processing ?

Can some one help me with understanding the difference between 221G,PIMS Verification and administrative processing ?

For the first time H1B stamping in CANADA, what can possibly happen ?

Does the Employer- Employee relationship come under any of the 3 above mentioned verifications ?
