tinomino Posted December 1, 2011 Report Share Posted December 1, 2011 My Lawyer made a mistake in PERM form 9089. My PERM application has been selected for AUDIT. My lawyer claims it is a harmless error and all the recruitment has been done properly. Details of error: PERM form 9089 Page 5 Section d.15 was inadvertently completed when it should have been section d.17. They did the recruitment for section d.17 but when they filled the PERM form they filled the dates in Section d.15. would this cause a denial. Could this mistake be a reason for my audit. what steps should i take next. I know no one can say for sure what will happen. But i would like to hear possibilities how DOL might treat this error. thanks in advance. Link to comment
