NC_EB3 Posted December 1, 2011 Report Share Posted December 1, 2011 This is what I have done till now. 1> Sent couple of letters through lawyer / employer. 2> Contacted senator 3> Sent many emails to USCIS. 4> Created couple of SR Last response I received was two months back via email that I should wait 60 days more before I bug them again. My EB2 I140 was approved in May/2011, my priority date is Feb/2006, I485 receive date is Sept/2007. What else should I do? Thanks, NC Link to comment

NC_EB3 Posted December 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 8, 2011 I moved on OCT/01, sent AR-11 on OCT/02, received referral ID few days later but it looks they still have my old address in records. Infopass was not helpful but during last call I came to know that USCIS has still old address and officer was trying to contact me but mail got returned from old address. On call they advised me resend AR 11. I did that, lets see... Link to comment
