Here is the compile: ME: HI VO: HI VO: Give me your Passport ME:I Gave my Passport and I797. VO: What do you Do ME: I work as kkkkkkkk for xxxxxxxxxx VO: Give me your Employer letters ME: Which letter do you need and given letter to consalate and Employer verification letter. He just had a glance on those documents and said ok. VO: Is your first H1 ME: I was previously on H1 and transferred my employment to xxxxx. VO: Did you done your Masters in US ME: Yes i did VO: Where you did ME: YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY VO: So You Graduated from YYYYYYYYYYYYY ME: Yes VO:When did you Graduated ME:Said year and month VO: What did you do After your Graduation ME: I joined ZZZZZZZZZ(former employer) and worked over there .Then i moved to xxxxxxxxxx(present employer) and working as kkkkkkk VO:Waited for 10 Min and said my system is very slow , Please bear with me ME: Take your time VO: So where is Your Employer based on ME:dddddd(East Coast) VO: Your employer is at East coast and you are working at west coast.So do you Communicate with your Employer ME:I Communicate Twice or thrice per week. We will be having Status meetings and so on. VO: Checking screen for few more minutes Lastly Said Your visa is approved and you will get in 3 days. Give DHL tracking and White form. I have few concerns from the questions that Vo asked you.. for What did you do After your Graduation>>>this question.. I have gap of 3 months after graduation before joining any employer...would that be a problem... is he really interrested in if we really worked after graduation or just joining a company.. please do clarify me here.. thanks Link to comment

I am on the same (f1-h1 and EC model) criteria going to Vancouver in Jan for stamping. Can you please tell me what documents did you request from your employer? Consolidated List of Documents Required:I-797A approval form 2. Employment Verification Letter indicating nature of work(position), duration(date hired) and salary 3. Offer Letter from Present Company 4. I-129 petition for a non-immigrant worker 5. H Classification Supplement to Form I-129 6. H1-B Data collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement 7. Certified Labor Condition Application (LCA) 8. Petitioner's Letter submitted in support of the I-129 petition 9. Company Year Papers (Annual Report)/(Brochure) 10. Company Tax documents 11. Company unemployment wage report 12. Last (Recent) Quarter tax Returns. 13. W2's (all the years) 14. Statement of Work. (including Current SOW) 15. Pay stubs (@least 6months) 16. client letters, vendor letter's, 17. SOW's between client and vendor 18. Photographs (your company photographs and your also carry your work station photographs) 19. company clients list 20. Employee Employer relationship docs. 21. Company employee list (Nice to have) 22.
