Not Eligible for GC due to Experience

Hello Experts/Gurus,

Here my situation, My Second term H1 is valid till Dec 2013. My current employer was ready to apply for My GC under EB3 but due to less Experience (2 months only) some domain(telecom), they said i am not eligible for GC.

I have total 10+ years of experience(IT+Telecom) as of now including current employer. The job profile/requirement for GC says, I need 3 years of bachelor degree and 2 years of telecom exp.

My previous experience before joining the current employer was 22 months in telecom(2 months less as per the requirement). But i do have 7.5 years of IT exp..

The work i do now is also 70% IT+30% telecom.

Any experts suggestion/thought will be really big help please.
