H4 to H-1B transfer

Hello Experts,

I am in my H4 via now. I recently got a job offer from a very good company in US. When I saw USCIS online about the via cap for this year the 65000 visa has got over on Nov 22nd. I now don't know what will happen to the job offer.

• Could you please advise me on how I can approach the company to hold the job offer until the new visa slot open.
  
• How do I request the company's attorney to help me in this situation
