h1b visa validity after the name split

When I got h1b stamped, my complete name was written under given name and Surname was blank in my passport. I recently split my name to correctly state my surname and given name in the passport.

Can some one please let me if the h1b visa remains valid after the name split ? or Do I have to go for new stamping after the name split if I travel outside US?

Hi! I have a similar problem, wanted to check if you needed a stamping after split of name in the new passport? any advise would be appreciated. Thanks
