sanlahan
Does anyone know if I-140 Approval notice (Not sure what number form it as my company has not shared the same with me other than telling me it was approved, would also appreciate if someone could enlighten me with the form number) should be carried to US embassy during the H1B visa stamping interview, for 6+ year extensions? Basically if anyone is aware of any instances where it was asked to be provided. Thanks for your time. Link to comment
man_1975
You don’t require during visa interview but in DS-160 there is question "Is anybody file immigration petition behalf of you" like that where you have to mentioned yes and explain about that. I think you need I-140 approval information at DS160. Link to comment

eaglered_77
Actually, we were asked during our interview to show the I-140 approval notice. Your company should at least give you a copy of the notice which you can then print out and show the officer. Link to comment
