L2 visa extension based on L1-B I-94

Hi,

My L1-B visa is expiring in March 2012, but my I-94 is valid till March 2014.

My spouse's L2 visa and I-94 is valid till March 2012.

She is working currently and her EAD is valid till October 2013.

Can her L2 visa be extended, beyond March 2012 (on the basis of my I-94), without me extending/ restamping my L1-B visa post March 2012?
