My employer pay me lower than prevailing wage and stop providing my pay stub from last 2 months. My employer is not giving my I-797 and I-94. My employer is intentionally holding it. livliv Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 You can also complain to USCIS for not receiving your I-94. The approval notice belongs to the employer but the I-94 belongs to you. Link to comment
