I would request to maintain the status of "H1B Extension Regular Process Vermont ***August Only****". They actually need need to notice of action (approval notice). So unfortunately, you will not be able to renew your license. I tried a couple of DMV's in GA, but of no avail. terminator762002 Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 I went to the DMV yesterday and was able to get my driving license renewed until 8/12. I just showed them the original H1B receipt and my passport. the DMV was at Four Mile Run Drive , arlington, VA. Link to comment

They want to explain Speciality occupation work available..i work for Inhouse and i am the only H1 on my company Payroll..Please help , if any one has the same RFE and my H1 B 6 year period expires by Feb 13 2013, Link to comment
