ararun
My name is Arun and I live in Dallas, TX. My company is planning to process green card for my family. I have my brother-in-law in India who is a special needs person. He has cerebral palsy. I am trying to bring him here with me, as my In-Laws are very old. I have also heard cerebral palsy is a medical condition here in the United States. Can someone please advice me the PROCESS and DOCUMENTS (in India & The USA) required to add him as my DEPENDENT so that I can process his VISA and add him with my family green card processing? Thanks in advance for all your advice and help. Link to comment
JoeF
It is not possible to add him as dependent. Dependents are only spouse and children under age 21. Link to comment
Attorney_6
Right. Even if he really is dependant, the legally permitted derivative beneficiaries are limited to spouses and minor children. Link to comment
