arvindsrini
I joined ernst and young consulting division with San Francisco, CA as my home office. My work involves travel to different clients. My company had started the PERM process and had applied for prevailing wages in the month of August. I had I-140 approved from my previous company. Recently I changed the office location to San Jose, CA which appears to be in the same statistical location. My company is saying that they have to restart the PERM process and will have to reapply for prevailing wages again. I feel something is missing. San Jose and San Francisco seem to be in the same statistical area and I am in the same company. Do they need to reapply for prevailing wages again with the DOL? Please let me know. Link to comment
