H1B cap between 2 employers

Hi,

My H1B is filed with employer A in August and it is currently under processing.

I got an offer from employer B and he also filed my petition on 19th of this month. I haven't got the receipt yet and I am not sure if my application was accepted as the quota got over on 22nd of this month.

My question is will I still fall under H1Cap with the employer B petition. I shared my H1B receipt of employer A to EmployerB
