EAD and advance parole application pending while going for H1B stamping

Hi,

My EAD and advance parole applications (based on my employment based i485) is pending with the USCIS and I have an urgent situation to travel to india. As my visa stamping from my previous employer has expired a few months back, I will have to get my H1B visa stamping done when I am in india. This will be based on my current employers approved petition. I am already working for the employer for the last 8 months and I have paystubs, LCA, my current valid petition, verification letter and all other required document.

Though I am still working using my H1b, I wanted to have an EAD as a backup for any unforeseen circumstances in my job.

I wanted know if there will be any problem during my stamping @ india because of the pending EAD or advance parole applications? Also if my EAD and parole applications will be still valid even if I travel and come back?

If I need to make any other arrangements or carry any specific documents because of the pending applications?

Hello Natpar,

Did you get your stamping done? We are in a similar situation now. Did you carry your 485 receipt with you. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
