485 Current (Ported from EB3 to EB2) - Rejected H1 Renewal in EB3

Hi

Can someone help me to understand my status as i am little confused

Pls be patient as my case needs little elaboration

#1 - Was unmarried in 2007 rush and applied for 485 under EB3 from Company A

#2 - Got EAD and AP in 2007 and pending 485 and approved 140 in 2009

#3 - After 140 Approved H1 Renewal in 2009 got rejected and worked on EAD with same company A

#4 - Consulted Murthy and sent back wife to India

#5 - Changed to Company B under new H1 went to India and got Visa Stamped and came back with Wife under new H1/H4 through Company B and applied AC21

#6- Company B Applied LC and 140 under EB2 and ported my EB3 date which was done successfully and shown in EB2 approved notice

Question -

#1 -Since my Previous H1 Renewal was rejected does that mean that my 485 was abandoned?

#2 - Since the date is ported under EB2 - Assuming my 485 is still valid and i can apply when current
