Hi

I got my L1 extension last month and since then my visa in the passport has expired. I have the new I94 so have no problems in staying here in the US. The issue is I am planning on visiting with my family to Canada for a few days. The question I have is would there be a problem re entering the US with an expired visa but a valid I94. I am hoping that the advice I recieve on this forum shall help me know the approach I need to take
