Urgent- L1B without US paystubs

Hi,

I and my spouse both were working in US on H1B and then I left from US and came back again on L1B.My family was continuing here.

When I came here, my company had a project for me however they were not very sure if it would kick off on the designated date (after 1-2 weeks) of my arrival so they asked me to apply for leave in India (to keep themselves on the safer side).

Later, I came to know that the project has been put on hold due to budgetry constraints.I wanted to spend time with my family so I extended my leaves.I got paid towards my leaves for last month in India (for Oct'11) .However, I would like to go on "Loss of Pay" now and stay for some more time with my family.

I have not been put on US payroll so far.As per our company policy they have 90 days of time to transfer payroll from India to US.

Can I stay here for some more time on "Loss of Pay"?What are the pros and cons if I stay further here on leaves?

Can it impact me later on my arrival on H4 visa next time?

Pls help.
