H4 Visa expired but forgot to surrender I-94 when leaving US

Hi all,

My wife forgot to surrender her I-94 card when she left US to Canada a year ago. Although, my H1B was cansulled when I returned to canada a year ago. At the US/Canada boader nobody was there at the time we entered Canada to colled the my wife I-94. My wife has a valid Canada visa for 3 years. Now she is a PR. I have been working at a mew job in canada for a year now. My employer wanted to send me to US next week. Since my forgot to surrender her expired I-94 card a year ago. Will this affect my re -enter into US? Please let me know.
