Reapplying 3rd time - EVVC to EVC. Is it risk? Qstn for JoeF

Hi Guys,

My visa has been rejected twice in last 6 months. My case it sent to USCIS for revocation. But till date my employer has not received any notification from USCIS. Which means my H1 petition is legally valid. Earlier the model was EVVC. Now it's changed to EVC.

Can I reapply for the 3rd time? Is there a risk? Question to JoeF but would appreciate suggestions from others as well..

Both of the times you applied for stamping for the same petition or you got the new petition( approval) from USCIS???

If the employer is the same for the new petition , then changing from EVVC to EVC wont help much !!! Direct Employer ( EC) could make the difference.
