Chage appointment location after submitting DS form

After submitting an online DS form for embassy A in India,

1. Can we change the embassy location (A to B in India) to schedule the appointment?

2. Do we need to provide a local address for passport to get mailed (at location B) or we can select Blue dart location at A or any major city to pick up the passport?

I have read on the vfs website yes for 1; but can't find now the link. In any event changing the location is pretty straightforward.
