unknown2us Posted November 18, 2011 Report Share Posted November 18, 2011 Hello, My i-140 has been filed on August 27' 2011 and I got the RFE on September 25'2011 but my attorney had sent all the documents earlier so they received everything on September 27'2011. So before the RFE, when I checked my status online it showed Initial Review and soon after RFE (once they received the documents) it has been changed to Acceptance. And it says online it takes 2 business days for Acceptance to get cleared but mine has never changed from September 27' 2011. So what should I consider my status? Another question is Can I change my attorney in between the processing i-140? Link to comment

aboppana Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 you can call USCIS and find out what's going one, not sure howmuch information they provide..check the processing times to get an idea as to howlong 140s are taking now to process. Link to comment
