URGENT .. L1 to H1 Conversion

Hi,

I am working with Company A on L1B visa. I want H1B so that I can work in another company.

Company B and Company C contacted me and they are ready to file my H1B.

Question I have is .. that Is it possible for company C to apply L1 to H1 conversion for me once Company B had already applied?
