Hello All -

Need an urgent piece of advice.

My Prioirty date is Mar 2010 and I-140 was approved in Oct 2010.

Now I have received a good offer as a full time employee in a diff company.

However, the new company will start my GC only after 1 year.

My current employer is willing to hold my I-140 for 1 year after which he said he will withdraw / revoke.

Q 1: Will I be able to port the Priority Date once I-140 is withdrawn?

Q2: Is it a good idea to switch companies now as the current cut-off date for EB2 is March 2008?
