coria Posted November 17, 2011 Report Share Posted November 17, 2011 My employer filed the premium request with USICS(effective starting 10/26) to expedite the I94 extension after replying their RFE on Jun, however it has been about 22 days passed and seems my emloyer still didn't receive anything, also it's still showing "Request For Evidence" on uscis website, anyone knows what I can do now? coria Posted November 18, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 18, 2011 They called and was told "your applications are still under review", and empoyer HR said "they have not been provided with any timelines on completion of the adjudicatoin"... is this a normal case? Attorney_23 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Share Posted November 21, 2011 Ordinarily, USCIS will adjudicate a case filed using Premium Processing within 15 days of receiving an RFE response. If they take longer than 15 days, they generally are required to refund the Premium Processing fee. Link to comment

Ordinarily, USCIS will adjudicate a case filed using Premium Processing within 15 days of receiving an RFE response.
