F1 to H1..full time employment...stamping chances

Hi,

I am planning to go to India for my H1B stamping in December. I was following couple of forums and read many cases of people getting 221g. Following is my case, I will appreciate your comments on for my h1b stamping. Also it would be great if you suggest list of supporting documents I need to carry with me for an interview.

My case:

On student visa (F1) from January 2009

Completed Masters in December 2010. Worked in University for entire 2years.

Started working from March 2011 as full time employee. US based company, company size 30. All the employees work in house.

Only 3 employees including me are on H1, rests of the employees are either US citizens or Green card holders.

I also have an relevant experience of 2 years working in India after completing my Bachelors degree.
