I have approved H1B and I-140 under EB3 category. I am in the process of switching over my I-140 to my new employer but filing under EB2 category. My priority date on old I-140 is March 2008 and is current as of now.i am also retaining my PD. Here are my questions

1. Can i file my I-140 and I-485 concurrently?

2. What is the typical process in situation?
