Share experience of Succesful stamping after Visa refusal

Hello Guys,

I am one of those unfortunate people whose visa was refused for no reasons. I am working on EVC model.

I am planning to re-file the petition from same employer with same client and working model.

I would be grateful to all you guys who can share the experience if they have gone through same experience.

Did anybody of you applied for visa from same employer after refusal and got approved? How much time in over all process

and what questions VOs asked when you appeared for interview after getting the new petition from same employer

or new employer with same client.

Your inputs will be really helpful and hopeful!!

Mine was EC (interview Nov 8th 2011 - Hyd) - Petition sent back to USCIS for not meeting Employee- Employer relationship (main reason was I do not have employer manager at client place, he is offsite - VO thought that client has more control on me than employer). My employer is planning to apply for new petition with same client project.
