Travelling to India immediately after H1 Transfer

Hi,

I have a H1B from a company A which is based on EVC model and got it renewed recently.

I am planning to move to company B which is one of the Big4 consulting firms with a H1B Transfer.

Now my problem is that I want to go to India in december due to personal emergency.

I feel that I will face issues if I go to stamping in India with Company A H1B .

Can I travel to India as soon as my H1B transfer is done to Company B and get my stamping done.

The issue is that I will not have any payslips etc from Company B when I go for stamping.

What are my chances of getting a 221g with a Big4

Please advise
