h1b restamping after employer change

Im sure this has been answered before . . i somehow cant find it :(

ok . .soo I have a valid H1B stamp from my old employer, but I am working for a new employer now and am planning to visit india for vacation

Should i get another H1b stamp ( or should i be good to re-enter the US with the old stamp ?

Appreciate any input guys . . . :)

if you have valid stamp in you passport you no need to go again..you should carry only new petition while going back to USA.
