rahulsurana
Hi I am a B.E. (Comp Sc) and an MBA and work for a Indian software company in US. Right now I am on H1 B and still have 1 more year before my 6 yrs are completed in US. I transferred from Offshore to Onsite with the same company. Before joining the company at offshore I have Non IT related experience of 20 months. I spent 8 months at offshore and then moved to Onsite (2007 onwards). Given all my education and experience, is there anything which makes me ineligible for filing PERM (irrespective of Category - EB1/ EB2/ EB3) I would really appreciate if you can please advise if any such rule exist which makes me ineligible for filing Green Card. Thanks in advance Link to comment
